On behalf of our public and private customers, aMaplan has produced land plans for over 30,000 hectares of land. Our firm has worked on plans for small land parcels as well as numerous large scale properties in excess of 1,000 hectares. Our land use planning experience includes planning for residential and retirement communities, commercial and industrial centres, office parks and recreational developments for all income groups.
With backgrounds in both the private and public sectors, we incorporate a broad perspective to each design project.
